# Round Rock ISD Aquatic Center

Round Rock ISD Aquatic Center is the new facility for all things swimming, diving, and water polo in South Texas.

The primary pool is a 50M competition pool that provides enough space for three teams to practice crossways simultaneously using our Sprectrum Aquatics [Xcellerator® Starting Platforms](https://spectrumproducts.com/competitive-pool-equipment/xcellerator-starting-platform-single-post?hsLang=en). It includes two bulkheads and a diving well, featuring a [1m Durafirm Dive Stand](https://spectrumproducts.com/competitive-pool-equipment/1m-durafirm-dive-stand?hsLang=en) and a [16' Maxiflex Diving Board](https://spectrumproducts.com/competitive-pool-equipment/16-maxiflex-b-diving-boards?hsLang=en).

The [Xcellerator® Starting Platform ](https://spectrumproducts.com/products/1-best-selling-single-post-platform-xcellerator-starting-platform-single-post)allows athletes to enter the pool with speed and confidence using our patented [Anti-Wobble Anchoring System](https://spectrumproducts.com/news/wobble-free-starting-spectrum-aquatics-platforms-for-recreational-and-competition-pools).

*“Our athletics department wanted our students to have access to similar fast water that they may be competing in if they were able to make it to regionals or state.”*

Terry Worcester | RRISD Chief Operating Officer

With this new facility and the addition of our [Flip Float Water Polo Goals](https://spectrumproducts.com/competitive-pool-equipment/floating-polo-goal?hsLang=en), Round Rock ISD student-athletes will be able to add water polo to their list of extracurriculars in the 2022-23 school year as they now have a facility to practice and compete.

The Round Rock Aquatic Center also features [Cisco Grab Rails](https://spectrumproducts.com/rails-and-ladders?subcategories=Cisco+17-_+26-+and+30-inch+Grab+Rails), [Mendota Lifeguard Chairs](https://spectrumproducts.com/lifeguard-equipment?subcategories=30%E2%80%9D+-+48%E2%80%9D+Mendota), [Competitor Lane Lines](https://spectrumproducts.com/competitive-pool-equipment/competitor-lane-lines?hsLang=en) and [Storage Reels](https://spectrumproducts.com/competitive-pool-equipment/sheridan-lane-line-storage-reel?hsLang=en), [Starting Platform Hard Covers](https://spectrumproducts.com/recreational-equipment/starting-block-cover), and a [Motion Trek BP350 ADA Pool Lift](https://spectrumproducts.com/ada-pool-lifts/motion-trek-bp350?hsLang=en).
