It's here... Nitro Swimming in Kyle, TX is open!
Nitro Swimming was founded in August 2006 and began offering swimming lessons in Cedar Park, TX in 2007. They opened a second location in May 2011 and just now, with much anticipation, launched their newest location in Kyle.
“Our primary focus is swimming, but it’s all very programmed,” Nitro Swimming Founder Mike Koleber said. “We start teaching swimming to babies as young as 6 months old, and then we have a competitive and non-competitive swim team as well.”
The 40,000-square-foot facility features two swimming pools.
The teaching pool is 25 yards long and comfortable at 88 degrees, while the competition pool features 23 lanes of 25 yards (short course) and 10 lanes of 50 meters (long course).
A total of 33 custom powder-coated Xcellerator Starting Blocks are positioned along the competition pool, ensuring that athletes have the most loved block size, most asked-for texture grip, and the best overall functionality to start their events.
